Urban Complex began as Asia's largest urban & street art festival, born from the dream of creating the world's most fun art festival. We hope it becomes the most exciting playground where anyone can enjoy art in their daily lives, rather than something that feels difficult or distant.

I see myself less as an artist and more as a colleague and facilitator for creators. My role, and that of Urban Complex, is to help artists with exceptional talent and worldviews connect with more people, enabling their stories to become brands and expand.

The three keywords chosen by Urban Complex are Green, Equality, and Tech. Sustainability that contemplates coexistence with the Earth, Equality that allows anyone to enjoy art without discrimination, and Tech that enables new forms of expression and experience.

We discover new artists annually through open calls, present ESG art projects like URBK LAB, Toy Con Seoul, and ART FOR TOMORROW, collaborate with AI artists, and showcase programs spanning diverse genres including art toys, webtoons, and graffiti.

The future Urban Complex envisions goes beyond simple exhibitions or markets. It is a global art festival hub where artists, visitors, brands, and cities play together.

Moving forward, Urban Complex will keep its promise to never do boring or dull art, creating a space where more artists and visitors laugh together, converse, and imagine tomorrow's culture.
